Flaked

the qiuet borderlineLike a leaf that’s been blown,

I’m all alone.

Drifting in the wind,

Have lost all hope.

Up in the air, floating along, All I want, is to belong.

Free but trapped, tied up in knots,

Along I glide with the pain inside.

I tried and I cried, Where does it all end?

I ascend and descend, And try to mend.

I fall back down,

I’ve flaked away,

The mask has been broken, And I’m all open.
